Service Disclaimer

At Here To Help, we take pride in delivering high-quality cleaning services with honesty, care, and professionalism. To ensure a clear understanding of our services and to maintain safety and satisfaction for both our clients and staff, please note the following:

Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not fully satisfied with any aspect of your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours so we can promptly address your concern.

Scope of Work: Our cleaning services include only the tasks explicitly outlined in your agreed-upon service plan. Any additional tasks or changes must be requested and approved in advance.

Health & Safety: For the safety of our team, we do not clean areas contaminated with biohazards (e.g., mold, bodily fluids, animal waste, infestations) or move heavy furniture or appliances.

Cluttered or Inaccessible Areas: We reserve the right to skip areas that are excessively cluttered or inaccessible to ensure efficient and safe cleaning.

Valuables & Breakables: While we take every precaution to care for your belongings, we ask that you secure or remove fragile or valuable items prior to service. We are not liable for damage to unsecured or improperly placed or installed items.

Pets: Clients are responsible for securing pets in a safe area during service. Our team cannot clean up pet accidents or enter areas where animals may pose a safety risk.

Entry & Access: If access to the home is not provided at the scheduled time, a lockout fee may apply. Please ensure we can enter the home as planned.

Cancellations & Rescheduling: We understand that sometimes "life happens", but kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. A fee may apply for repeated last-minute cancellations.

Policies

It is our ultimate goal is to provide you with exceptional service and complete satisfaction. Following these simple steps before your scheduled visit helps us to clean as efficiently as possible and deliver the best results for your home.

• Please clear away any clutter from surfaces so we can clean thoroughly. This includes items like clothing, toys, and dishes in the sink.
• Make sure pets are safely secured in a comfortable space while we work.
• If we’ll be changing bed linens, kindly strip away the current linens and set out clean sheets on the designated bed.
• Due to sanitary purposes and to avoid cross-contamination between homes, we ask that each client provide us use of their household vacuum for carpeted flooring and rugs. So that we can deliver the best vacuum job possible, please have your vacuum ready to go. An empty canister (or bag) and a beater bar free of build up will ensure best results!!
• If payment hasn’t been arranged in advance, you may leave a check payable to "Here To Help" on the kitchen counter. For safety reasons, we do not accept or carry cash.
